Upstate New York Senior Living Project - Rotterdam

Here at Grand Senior Living, we are always excited to talk about our latest projects and partnerships. One of those is currently an upstate New York senior living project in Rotterdam, New York.

In partnership with The Lecce Group and Mackenzie Architects, we propose to build an "aging in place" senior living community on the current site of Whispering Pines Golf Club.

The project would provide home ownership opportunities, independent living, and assisted living care as needed for seniors 55+.

The $87 million project would create 650 units and more than 250 jobs.
