Margaret Pratt Community is looking for dedicated, passionate, professional, and caring individuals for the Resident Services Assistant position.
ALL SHIFTS | FULL-TIME and PART-TIME
The RSA’s primary responsibility is completing delegated tasks associated with the hospitality programming needs of the residents of Margaret Pratt Community.
Some tasks include but are not limited to:
Assist the Resident Services Director to develop and implement a schedule of social activities to strengthen and enhance the social, physical, and mental skills of the residents.
Handle incoming phone calls, greet and assist residents and visitors entering the building.
Assists residents onto and off community vehicles.
Clean resident apartments as needed through each week. This includes bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living/dining areas and floors.
Set or reset each dining table properly, as shown on the table setting layout.
Retrieve food orders from the kitchen and serve a complete meal to all residents in the dining room in a timely fashion.
Offers support and assistance to other departments as directed and needed.
Qualifications:
Positive fun attitude.
Able to work flexible hours to include every other weekend.

EVENING SHIFT | FULL-TIME and PART-TIME
The HSA’s primary responsibility is assisting residents with their personal care needs, activities, laundry, and meal service as needed. We are using electronic health records for all documentation, applicants should be familiar with E.H.R. or willing to learn. ​
​
Qualifications:
Positive fun attitude.
LNA License preferred, but not not required.
Able to work flexible hours to include every other weekend.
