Heather has worked in senior housing for more than fifteen years. Her experience working in dining services, activities, health services and the business office in several senior living communities gives Heather great knowledge to draw upon in her role at GSL.

 

Heather performs operations assessments, develops and implements new systems, provides on-site support and training and is a resource to each community.

 

Heather is proficient in multiple senior living software programs, including Reps, Matrix Care, and is a certified PointClickCare trainer.

 

She is a graduate from the State University of New York in Albany with a bachelor’s degree in economics.
