Dan is President of Dining Management Resources (DMR), which was formed in 1984. Dan is also CEO of The Windshadow Group, developing national collaborative programming with non-profit senior living communities to support family caregivers.

 

Dan brings over thirty years of experience in senior living dining services, six years as Chief Strategy Officer for National Lutheran Communities & Services and is a frequent presenter at workshops and seminars for national and state associations.

 

Dan Look and GSL have worked together in the senior housing industry since 1997, and together they have provided consulting services to dozens of retirement communities nationwide.

 

Since 2015, Dan has provided high-level strategic planning services for GSL and collaborates with the principals on developing new projects and opportunities.

 

Dan received his Bachelor’s degree from Ohio Wesleyan University, Delaware, OH.
