Andrea comes to Grand Senior Living with both senior housing and healthcare management experience.

 

She worked early in her career in health services and dining services in senior housing, and as a data entry technician for a long-term-care pharmacy corporation. She then served as a practice manager at a large Burlington, VT physicians’ group where she was responsible for maintaining the smooth operations of the practice and liaising between staff, doctors and patients.

 

Andrea performs operations assessments, develops and implements new systems, provides on-site support and training and is a resource to each community. Andrea is proficient in multiple CRM and Dietary software programs and is a certified PointClickCare trainer.

 

Andrea is a graduate of the State University of New York in Albany with a bachelor’s degree in psychology.
